This is what it’s like to work at Kellogg

a living wage

Other comments have quoted sources saying their average salary is $120,000/yr. What's a living wage in Battle Creek, Michigan? Do you make that much?

Did you notice the caption said "living wage [raise]"?

It sounds like they are overpaid and that's why they're overworked. They want to work fewer hours, but don't want to take a pay cut. I wouldn't want to work those hours either, but are they actually worth that kind of salary?

Maybe Kellogg's is being shitty or maybe the workers are being too demanding. I would look into stuff more rather than this knee-jerk reacting, changing my purchasing habits, based on a one-sided 4 minute video.
