What’s the most embarrassing thing a parent has done to you?

My son's teacher had a schedule for weekly snacks and who was to bring what and when. Out of the blue, on a Monday, my son (only 5) comes home with a letter saying that I forgot the snacks for the week. He tells me that she wouldn't let him help her pass out the backup snacks SHE brought because, "You're mom forgot about her responsibilities, so you dont get to help." Like, wtf? He's 5! Thats not his fault! So I checked the schedule but I wasnt due to provide it for another month! So I emailed her a pic of her own schedule, to which she replied, "Yes, the schedule changes a lot. I haven't had a chance to update it, but you should've been prepared regardless." Um... What? Be prepared at any given moment to provide 20 kids with healthy, fresh snacks for 5 days? Be prepared to use my telepathic powers to anticipate her last minute changes? Um no. I sent pudding cups that Friday with no spoons. Checkmate, ya twat.
