What’s the one thing everyone should be learning right now in their free time?

Another language. I'm learning Latin, which many people may not perceive as the most practical of languages, but should I be required to learn another romance language in my career I'll be very well prepared. As someone who's very into history and the history of science, I'm also feeling like I'm gaining a lot by learning Latin. Anyhow. Learning any language is something that's very dependent on small, repetitive efforts. It's something you don't have to do for long, but something you have to do every day. I think it's also a good exercise in the building of positive habits. If you can spare 30 to 60 minutes per day over a two year span you can learn a language. This kind of willingness to repeat comes in very handy when you have something that you need to repeat for hours and hours per day, but maybe only for a semester. Another great habit to pick up is going to the gym, but that's not for everyone.
