What’s turning me away from Christianity

I agree there is a lot of contradictions, if you only read it only in pure English. You need to know at least Greek,Latin, and old English to even begin to comprehend all of the nuances. Unfortunately, there're deliberate mis-translations for what I can only guess are political reasons. One example is the word 'Adultery', if it was translated properly in certain instances it actually means: 'to mix debase and. impair the strength of'. Once yo understand this, it's hard to reconcile modern political ideas such as 'Globalism' with Christianity.

The Bible is very much true, if you're willing to break out of the indoctrination, and not blindly follow modern translations. Company's and politicians have a vested interest in people being unaware of the facts.
