Well i read Ray dalio's Changing World Order recently, so everything makes sense to me now.

We are in the first stage where things start to change, the world leader become more and more populist, try to act generous with lot of money printing while also becoming ignorent to what's happening at most households. Their priorities change from making sure all people are well fed to making sure all people follow certain way of thinking even if they are not well fed. While taking drastic measures to subjugate old opponents they alienate most of the world (e.g. all poor countries are preparing for food and energy shortages at expenses of defying USA if need to) leaving opportunities for new leaders to emerge.
