Told a friend he could tune their grand piano. He watched a video on piano tuning (for some reason), but he's never touched one, let alone tuned one.
Told a friend he could make them a stained glass window because he watched a documentary about making stained glass. He said it would be easy because he "fully understands the process".
Told a friend he could refinish their vintage hollow-body electric guitar. Again, he saw a video on restoring vintage instruments and now he considers it a "simple process" because it looked easy in the video.
