What’s your schedule like and where do you fit exercising in?

I have a home gym. It was worth every penny and removed the last barrier I had to exercise. It is soooooo nice to use equipment at my leisure at whatever timing I need. I’m one of those people who cannot function early in the morning (my circadian rhythm will never get used to it), so early AM exercise is out. And after work, when I’m tired and have to fight traffic to the gym then deal with tension of people hoarding weights or hovering over me to use what I am in the middle of... it just turned into an ordeal. Not to mention that it pays for itself because it’s the equivalent of 2 years of ongoing gym membership fees, so I am saving money in the long term.
