So my relative has gotten this in Puerto Rico. I don't know what this is but I would like to know some of it's history and some more information about it. I am posting this under an alt because it has been thought that it was obtained illegally. They went to Puerto Rico and found a group of Americans that weren't able to come back to America due to their money being in Puerto Rico. So when they were down there a guy that they met took my relatives to a bar of these Americans and then this friend bought this head for $75 and to owe the guy a favor. The reason that it was sold for so low was because one of my relatives that was down in Puerto Rico was a school teacher up here in America. She ended up showing it to her 5th grade class. So now, years later I was shown this and I would like to find out more. I am with this head until Saturday if you would like more information and I'm sorry if I made any typos, spelling has never been my strong point.
