what is a secret youre taking to grave?

I was a responsible pet owner though. I killed them because the shelter would not take them and there are too many cats in my city already. It was not about laziness. It was actually hard work. One of them was quite strong for a new born and it took real effort to hold him under the water, and it took longer than you might imagine. Several minutes for each kitten.

If would have been far easier just to put the 5 of them outside but that would have been irresponsible. As for mama cat she was a rescue stray and came from outside. She was sick and dying when I got her. I got her back to full strength. She clearly wanted to go back outside which is why she always escaped and would scratched me. I made sure to leave her near an area I knew there was food and I couldn't afford to spay her vet wanted $700.

What I did was in kindness not laziness.
