I've just started playing on NA 406 with my new tribe. I've only made it into the servers twice and they are polar opposite stories.
First time I make it in my tribe has a decent base goin on a cliff side. It looks badass and everything. Then some guy comes over with a frog, jumps over our six high walls, and kills everything inside and loots every container (someone left the doors to the interior base open). This annoyed me, and after the literal tenth time I died in thirty minutes I just left.
Then I log in the next day. Turns out the guy who raided our base has raised multiple other people as well, so like 5 tribes are preparing to level their base. I'm out gathering supplies when the same guy that attacked us comes up to me on a saber tooth. I quickly hop out of party chat to see what's up.
He's mugging me. Asking if I have anything valuable on me (not really, I'm level five thanks to his murderous ass). I toss over some meat and berries, then an idea pops in my head.
I start talking shit about my current tribe and expressing that I'd like to join someone else. Well this dumbass eats it up. I'm relaying what's going on in party chat occasionally, letting them know he is coming in. I let him into the base and he just runs around, not really doing anything except for letting his saber tooth die.
He then comes up with a plan to solo raid and destroy our base while simultaneously my tribe comes up with a way so that doesn't happen and so that I can make it into their tribe to make the upcoming raid on them easier.
Unfortunately all this spy work comes to nothing as the planned raid happens sooner than I expected. My tribe hops on one of the larger tribes boats and we set sail for the base, a combined total of at least 35 people.
We land near a completely different tribes outpost and silence them quick before anyone knows about the raid. It doesn't work, the word is out, so we charge up the beach to begin our assault.
We come upon the Dino pin first, and proceed to take out several sabertooths. We are about to finish the off when a carno comes out of nowhere and joins the fray. We quickly lay it to sleep with our tranquil arrows, then proceed to their base. It's just a bunch of behemoth gates, so we lay waste to one with grenades.
This, unfortunately, is where I died. But my buddy found the body of the ass who raided our base the other day. I had him retrieve his specimen implant for our trophy and logged off.
That's pretty much been the last couple days of 406! EAT SHIT DWA
