Differs a lot for each female and for each kind of stimulation.

For me, just clitoral is longer to build up and on the release it's a big rush, my face heats up and my whole body feels warm and seized up for a brief moment. However because of the long build up, when the orgasm comes, sometimes my body and face will feel the heat and then there's no release. - very hit or miss for me.
