Having a crack house on the block is more then an inconvenience.

Yeah but OP didn't say they were a crack house, that's somewhat hyperbolic. In fact, OP only says they look like they are; and that could mean anything from someone legitimately dealing crack on their doorstep, to OP just not liking the fact they collect old cars and have a different lifestyle to them.

If I had a nickel for every suburban homeowner who refers to a "lower class" house as a crackhouse, I would have more money to spend on GME.

I might be biased on this because I had friends growing up whose homelife was made worse by uppity neighbors judging the way their parents lived despite not living up to the rumors spread about them. But I mean if it is a crackhouse, which is a big if considering OP can't say for certain or not, I could see how there could be legitimate concern for their kids.
