The design of the site is objectively great.

Regarding the products being sold, I personally really don’t like the minimalism for the sake of minimalism approach to product design, but that’s just me an you shouldn’t take that seriously.

Regarding your problem, why would I want to go through the trouble of getting set up with your website when I can just go and buy something that looks 95% identical at 50-75% of the price? For premium goods from brands with low recognition, I would argue it’s more important to get brick and mortar sales, at first, than online sales. Goods like Nordhale’s need to be touched to be fully appreciated.
