I need characters too. Only completes that I do have an elite Boros and an epic Garou (oh and 1 of the new Amai Mask), that’s it. So getting 1 complete from this wouldnt help me much. I’m on 21-40 in the story chapters and 30 talent Melz is almost mandatory a lot of the time. I focused TT, Sonic, and Metal Bat’s talents first and slept on Melz, so now I’m scrambling to Max out MZ. tThen after him I’m gonna do CE. I’ll be buying all red potions this exchange event. As F2P goes, it’s pretty much the best way to Max out talent.

I will add that last exchange event, I went type rares. I was in need of fodder. It help me progress enough through extreme and type trials that I’m getting fodder regularly now so that’s another reason I’m going for potions.
