I just wanted to comment that you can trace for PRACTICE but you shouldn’t trace for final products that you would share with others. Even if it’s technically legal, even if you’re not profiting off of it, and even if you’re tracing part by part, that’s still using the efforts of others for use in your own work. You are allowed to do it, but it doesn’t make it right. That’s why a lot of artists will use other work as a reference and not trace. I applaud you for recognizing what you did wrong and have hope that you will improve and recreate your Webtoon. However, using traced items in any form in a final product would still not be okay. While there’s somewhat of a fine line between referencing and tracing, reference instead and save the tracing for your own personal practice!
