What is the smallest amount of power you've ever seen someone abuse?

Random somewhat related story.

Back in high school my math teacher Freshman year was very eccentric. Had a whole persona he put on while teaching. One of his things was to 'take you for a ride' if you weren't paying attention or were caught 'drawing sailboats' (whatever you were drawing, it was a sailboat).

He caught me not paying attention, dicking around or something, and he just walks up to me "you wanna go for a ride? hahahah WANNA GO FOR A RIDE!? WE'RE GOING FOR A RIDE!!" in this high-pitched goofy voice he would put on, and slowly tips me over in my desk while saying 'we're going for a ride' (they were those one-piece desks where chair and table are attached). He was tipping me over from the left, and they were right-handed desks, so I just had to hold on and get tipped over and then awkwardly extricate myself from the desk while laughing at how ridiculous it was.

It was funny as hell, and I was never caught not paying attention again.

One other thing he'd do to mess with students was crawl on his hands and knees and swipe someone's ankle if they weren't paying attention. Occasionally he'd crawl over to one of the nearby classrooms. Loved that guy.
