What some people down the road from my brother did to their house after they were kicked out for not paying rent for over half a year

I can't understand this either. My husband's cousin and her husband had a baby with Spinal Muscular Atrophy type 1. A fatal genetic disease causing severe disabilities and a very short life span. Obviously they didn't know they were both carriers until the baby was diagnosed a month after she was born. It was really sad and everyone felt for them. Just a few months later they announced they were pregnant again and I'm thinking "Ok... accidents happen." Thankfully their second daughter was born completely healthy. Their first daughter tragically passed away shortly after turning 2 and then again a few months later they were expecting. I just found it insane. Why risk putting yourself through that again?? They were cautioned not to have more children because of the high percentage of having another SMA child but again they got lucky and their son was born without it. I try to put myself in their shoes, I'm sure they were grieving and just wanted another child but I think they should have counted their blessings when they had one healthy child and never risk it again.
