I was with my ex in highschool for 2 years, first love, first everything really. So ofcourse I was blinded by love and didn't see the very obvious signs after a year of dating that he was a compulsive liar.

The biggest one was what eventually ended the relationship. I got a text one day from a girl saying she needed the truth? I was confused and didn't know what she was talking about so we called eachother. She was crying when she found out I'd been dating him so long and she wasn't the only one. I guess they were dating for 9 months and he would visit her on Saturdays (told me he visits his grandmother on Saturdays) then spent Sundays with me. We had went to the zoo during the week when I heard all this (It was a Tuesday). I wasn't crying at this point I was just sick to my stomach and extremely angry so I suggested we three way call the little bastard.

She called him and i stayed quiet. She asked him what he did Tuesday and it still makes me uncomfortable thinking about how smoothly and detailed he made up lies about it. She said do you even love me and ofcourse he said he loves her more than anything. That's when I started talking. I was raging. I yelled that it was over and then finally began to cry. I hungup and never answered his calls or texts after that. Messaged her and told her not to be weak and leave. They stayed together lol
