My childhood being known as nostalgic. I am too young to experience nostalgia and people were killing themselves when I was 9-18 years old. It was a very very dark time. The economy has just recovered and I am 21 and I am angry that I have the body of a 60 year old woman with the experience of a little kid raised during the recession. I can't remember anything at all from the first 9 years of my life. Meanwhile you get these 30 year olds who look 13 with skinny bodies and faces talking about their childhood songs which sound vintage to a kid like me. In 20-30 years the songs of my childhood will still sound new to young people. They won't sound vintage. A 21 year old in 30 years time will hear songs from my childhood and want to cover their ears.
