What is something socially accepted if done by a woman, but not if done by a man?

If FTP is on the books but hasnt been enacted and set a precedent, does that exclude that it exists?

Of course it exists, I've never denied its existence. What I've done this whole time is explain that women can't legally rape, and FTP is not legally the same as rape.

Itd make sense since rape is penetrative thus why a woman cant "rape" a man.

Exactly

Now if we make rape mean any non consensual sex then FTP would be eerily similar to rape

Yeah, it would (and should) be. But the fact is that it's not, and I've had someone bombarding me with false articles and constant insults telling me otherwise.

I've never denied the fact that FTP, or sexual assault for that matter, isn't committed by women. It is. But a woman cannot legally rape a man. That was my point. That's always been my point. The legal definition needs to change for sure, but until then, FTP is not rape. FTP is FTP.
