What is something your parents said to you that may have not been a big deal, but they will never know how much it affected you?

I'm the youngest and I feel like my mom treats me as their stay out maid. I normally go home on weekends (my work is located elsewhere and I have a unit where I'm staying at on weekdays). During weekends, I help out in doing the laundry - specifically in getting the clothes from the clothes line once they're dry and fold them (clothes of 5 people... for a week -- excluding mine since I do my laundry at my place and I just find it tiring to bring home my clothes just to have it cleaned by someone else --- and for pete's sake. I'm an adult. I can and SHOULD do the laundry on my own). I clean the bathroom (we only have one bathroom - disgusting but thank god we only have one) which I obviously use on weekends ONLY. I wash the dishes (again, of 6 people). If ever I can't come home for two consecutive weeks, expect that there's a two weeks worth of dirt in our bathroom waiting for me to be cleaned.

P.S. my mom hired someone to do the laundry on weekends. I just don't get it why we're doing some of her work. What's the point of hiring someone to lessen the workload and let your daughter suffer under the heat of the sun. What I'm doing now is I only go home every other week. I'M JUST SO TIRED DOING THESE THINGS FOR THEM. I'm not a slave, you know.

And oh, my mom thinks that we're lazy. All of her children are lazy. She doesn't like seeing us sitting around and watching tv.
