You are mostly correct,however it's incorrect to suggest that 1997-2000 babies as cusper being that their experiences are pretty much strictly Gen Z. Also I could see 1984 and maybe 1985 being Xennials.
Class of 1997-Class of 2003(people born from September/October 1978-September 1985) = Gen X/Millennial cusp. Last to spent most of their High School years before 9/11,Graduated College before the start of the Recession,were Kids before the culture transition until the millennial culture,Graduated College after the 2000 Election,. Are usually seen as Gen X/millennial hybrids.
Class of 2004-Class of 2005(people born from September/October 1985-September 1987)=Pure Early millennial - Graduated College before the Recession ended,however were underclassmen in high School during 9/11,would be the closet thing to ultimate 90s kids since they were kids and Pre Teens during the decade and were in Elementary School at some point during the early 90s. Are usually seen as the first pure/strictly millennials.
Class of 2006-Class of 2010(people born from September/October 1987-September 1993) = core Millennial. Spent half/over half or even some cases all of their Childhood years in the 90s,Were in late Elementary School or Middle School during 9/11,were Emo Teens,were in High School or Middle School before the start of Web 2.0/YouTube.Are seen as the core part of the Millennial Generation.
Class of 2011-Class of 2012 (people born from September/October 1993-September 1994)=Pure Late Millennial- Were in Elementary School at some in the 90s and were the last to have solid memiores of the late 90s,despite of spending most of their childhood in the early 2000s,Graduated Elementary School before/barely after the start of Web 2.0.Were in High School during the Recession along with 1990-1992 babies. They reached Adolescence age during the mid 2000s. Are usually seen as the last to be pure millennial.
Classes of 2013 and 2014(people born from September/October 1994-September 1996 = Millennial/Gen Z cusp - Last to be in Elementary School during 9/11,despite spending over 65% of their childhood in a post 9/11 world,last to remember things like VHS,Dial up,Web 1.0/pre YouTube,would be the closest thing to ultimate 2000 kids since they kids/pre teens throughout the 2000s and were in Elementary School and/or were atleast 5 years at some point during the early 2000s,were Electropop teens along with 1992-1994 babies. Graduated High School before Donald Trump became popular.Were in Middle School during the Recession and Reached Adolescence age in the mid or late 2000s. Are usually seen as the first of Gen Zers and the last of the Millennials.
Classes of 2015-2019 (people born from September/October 1996-September 2001 =Pure Early Gen Z = They would be the first true Modern day kids. They spent all/almost all of their childhood during the YouTube era and have very little memories of a time before.Born before 9/11,but to young to remember 9/11. Electropop would be apart of their childhood instead of their teenage years and didn't Graduate High School until after Donald Trump became popular.Were in Elementary School along with 2002 and 2003 babies during the Recession and didn't reach Adolescence age until the 2010s. This is the first group that's usually seen as pure/strictly Gen Z.

Started Elementary School after the Iphone came out,however would have solid memories of the late 2000s and the last that I would associate as 2000s kids in anyway,Spent most of their K-12 Years in a Pre Donald Trump era,were in High School when Donald Trump was/is the President
