Take the alcohol wipes and wipe down your inoculation port on the PF TEK bag and them wipe down your hands. If you don't have a port and need to pierce the bag with the syringe, wipe down that area. After that take out the syringe and your lighter and hold the needle to the flame until it starts glowing red hot! Do this for about 20 seconds. Then stick it in the bag and squeeze about 2-4 ml inside once the needle has cooled off. Take the needle out and cover the hole you made with tape as quick as possible! Now put it in a warm place and wait for it to colonize completely! (WILL TAKE AROUND 1-2 MONTS). If that is done, google how to make an "SGFC". This is the fruiting chamber used to fruit your cake.
