"too many carbs" for what? There's nothing wrong with carbs, they give you energy. My diet is 50% carbs. You should also read through the nutrition portion of our wiki as it seems you could use some education there.

It sounds like you're talking about recomping but that's generally done through some form of resistance training, which you said you don't enjoy doing. You could continue to cut and lose fat overall but there's no guarantee it will come from your stomach. The picture of the stomach you want is of a person with a very low body weight and body fat percentage who is also laying down, they are an outlier. FWIW your belly does not look bad at all, but I know we are our own worst critics.
