What is the strangest complaint you have received from a customer?

As a teenager I worked at Cineplex Odeon theaters...

A lady came to the counter and said she was allergic to the flavoring in the popcorn (made her itch all over), and could we pop her a bag without flavoring. All the other employees said "No!" but I went ahead and said, "I'll do it!"

Well... as you can guess... no good deed goes unpunished.

So ya, I used one of the popping machines that had been cleaned the night before and that we hadn't even used that day yet, and made a fresh bag for her.

As I was handing it to her, she said, "You sure you didn't put any flavoring in it?" even though she had been right in front of me of the whole time, and I even showed her each step as I was making it.

And I said, "No... I made this bag just for you. You saw the whole thing."

And then she said, "Because if you secretly put flavoring in just to hurt me, I'll call the police and they'll arrest you."

At which point I was momentarily stunned, and then finally said, "Give that back to me! You want to threaten me after I tried to help you, then no popcorn for you lady!"

She then actually struggled with the bag, pulled it away from me, then scurried off into the movie theater!

IN SHORT:

I went out of my way for her, so she could enjoy her movie experience, and then her personality instantly changed and she replied with a bizarre sudden threat of calling the police.
