What string of events made you finally quit "that" job?

Happened three days ago. The general manager went on a power trip about a month ago, firing two other lower-level managers in the process. One of their replacements gets immediately promoted, and the store starts missing money. Turns out, she's taking money from the cashier drawers to "buy stuff for the store" but is pocketing it. Then, her timecards are padded like crazy, with 80 regular hours and 140 overtime in two weeks (I have a picture somewhere of it). Me and some other underlings take our complaints to the general manager, who brushes us off and makes it clear he doesn't give a shit what we have to say because "he's in charge" and we were just dumb little girls to him. Fires two of my coworkers on the spot, so I just quit. Fuck him.
