I work at a wine/beer store.

The other day I asked a guy if he needed any help, and he told me he was stubborn and that he would find it himself. About 15 minutes later he says he gives up, where is the Heineken. We keep the Heineken inside the beer cooler rather than in the exterior doors (can't waste that precious space on Heineken!), so I show him where it is and he was all "ohhhh I would have never found that!"

Yeah dude, that's why I asked you if you needed any help. I get wanting to browse a bit, I do that all the time. But if you're looking for a specific item and you can't find it after a few minutes, just ask! Otherwise you're just wasting your time.
