What things did you start to admire more as you got older?

Absolutely, morals are herd instincts in humans. I'm an agnostic atheist (as in, I don't believe in man made works of fiction describing God) but I'm getting closer to believing in more than just being a human floating on a rock in space. Religion ruined my ability to believe in God because I always identified them as a package deal. But now that I'm older, I'm separating religion and God. I will never be able to believe in religion but I do want to ponder the nature of our existence and the possibilities of a higher power. Atheism fueled my nihilistic beliefs which in turn fueled depression. Now that I'm older, I have a responsibility to work on that.
