The patient is now stuck. If he continues the transition the meds and hormones will throw him into status epilepticus where he will continually have seizures until it affects the heart and he dies. Or he can stop the transition and live as neither male nor female but a man with immature breasts, alopecia, barely functioning genitalia, almost continual ticks that become painful. The patient has declared that everything is a lie and is on suicide watch. This is not the only patient like this. My reference to freedom of speech is more of a reference towards westernized people inability to dialogue through their differences. We are not open or rational anymore we are emotional authoritarians that want to use government to enforce our will upon others. If I get banned then so be it
