That will give you a better idea. You see, they (NASA) didn't know about the third van allen belt until they sent up the Van Allen Probe in 2012.

This allowed scientists to discover the third van allen belt which is sort of a protective layer or a force field if you will that surrounds the earth and is always present. In fact, science shows that there is never less than 2 MeV electrons even with EMIC waves.

And when the MeV is that low it the electron flux increases to the point to where it causes a hot plasma affect.

These electrons, particularly at higher MeV values are extremely damaging to satellites and machinery which even the most advanced protection can't protect against. Furthermore, when the electron value is its lowest, which still would kill humans, it forms an impenetrable plasma barrier.

So, there is no joke. The joke was played on the US population. The truth will be revealed soon.
