What tv show protagonist would have been absolutely hated by the fanbase if they were not the protagonist?

Who is similar to Rick in real life? What specific personality traits of Rick are common to other people?

Rick is cool because of his ability to do things. He is funny, because he's kind of absurd and rude. It stops being funny when you pull that shit in real life. Firstly, because real life is very different from TV, but also because you could hurt actual people.

The point of the show isn't really all about Rick's behaviour anyway. It's fun because of the ideas in the show, and Rick is basically a plot device to enable these things to happen. Like the episode with the dogs taking over the world. The best parts in that episode have nothing to do with Rick and his personality. But without Rick, this situation wouldn't have happened.

If you really think people enjoy the show because we can relate to Rick somehow, then maybe you don't have the IQ to understand the show lol.
