He's a troll who has been posting these sorts of questions for ages using random people's pictures with multiple accounts. The pictures posted aren't even of the same person or sex. It's plausible that they're suffering from some personality disorder where they try to seek validating responses even if the photos aren't even of their self. His other accounts:
