What type of offensive behavior should we report to schools?

I agree and disagree. The one part where I disagree is the justifying of his bigotry. i.e. South during the 1950s. Racism/bigotry is learned--not inherited. You can make someone learn not to be racist if they are accepting of learning. And yes, we don't know that much about the person, but I still don't think it's rescindable if he learns from his mistakes and deletes the post. I mean personally, I don't really care if he got rescinded--not my problem, but I am trying to be fair here. I agree that this is unacceptable--I really do, but I feel like you have to understand the environment in which he said this. Maybe he is an American--then sure, I would agree with reporting, but if this person is an international--then I don't think it's worth it.
