What is the ultimate outcome of accepting extreme nihilism?

Whatever brings you meaning within the moment will always be fleeting. The only thing that's consistent in this reality is change itself.

You need to take the bad with the good in life. You can't have up without down, left without right, light without dark, sound without silence or life without death. Both pleasure and pain are a duality, they are a singular spectrum.

Also, permanence is predictable, predictability is the source of boredom, and boredom is the primal problem from which all other problems stem. When people are truly bored they go out of their way to make new problems, either by creating something new to generate the problems, or by breaking something old to generate problems. Boredom is the abstract hydra causes all of our suffering, but also all of our pleasures, because through our rejection of our own boredom we move the engine of infinity, we transcend beyond the previously defined territory and become something new.

There are no feelings in life greater than the one you gain when you learn to grow beyond yourself, to become more than you were before. Over an infinite timespan there's no limit to what you can learn about who you really are, the countless ways to live a life and more.
