True story that happened in my town, there was this guy who had a small bar-restaurant and lived in the apartment above. He heard noises one night and went downstairs to inspect only to find a thief robbing him, so the guy took a metallic rod and beat the shit out of him. Well guess who wound up with his ass in jail? The bar owner, for using excessive force. Turns he broke the thief a few bones and caused him some serious damage, while the thief left scott free the owner of the restaurant ended up doing time.

Guns are illegal in my country, even if you wanna buy pepper spray you have to register your ID and they sell you the less effective one, not like the ones the police use. I'm very liberal but I wish we had the right to bear arms to defend ourselves. Still, I get critized like crazy because I have this opinion which is extremly unpopular in my cou try.
