My personal (as in just my own) headcanon for Weiss is lesbian. Not because of the useless lesbian meme, but because the whole Weiss-Neptune situation (with the girl chasing after a "player" boy) strongly reminds me of real life friends and the "Weiss" girl ended up coming out of the closet. Literally the most boy crazy girl in elementary/middle school, but in high school she came out as lesbian. Her parents weren't even particularly homophobic according to her, she just felt like liking other girls was weird and covered it up. She came out the day after same sex marriage was legalized federally in the US. Ironically, she was a lot less weird after that because she stopped aggressively talking about boys 24/7.
