What do you wish you knew about living in Baltimore when you moved here?

I'm 29 and it's USAA. I don't understand it and they won't work with me. I checked other providers and the rates were only marginally better. I'm probably going to file for bankruptcy soon, it sucks. I took a big risk going back to school and a $270 insurance bill was not something I expected to deal with. Of course there are other factors. This city has been terrible to me. Severe wear and tear on my car because of potholes, speed camera and parking tickets, and being towed, not to mention the property taxes. Will probably delete this comment but I've had a shitty time in this city. Came in bright eyed, bushy tailed, optimistic, and everything fell apart, and the city has been constantly hounding me for money in some form or other. Sucks.
