It absolutely is. $15 is half the price of the RRP of the full game plus the ROS expansion. It's an outrageous price for what is a complete garbage attempt at scamming money out of the very small playerbase still left. The character is incomplete, bugged, is not even remotely close to being a finished beta as is & the dev's willfully ignored every single last piece of advice on what needs fixing & how to fix it through the entire length of the beta. The "art, lore, etc.." is garbage content that could have been created in a week sith a small team at most. No balance changes or major improvements have been made at all, except for a few UI upgrades that were done 6months ago and held off on release for, to give the impression you were getting something of value from this cheap money grab from Bliz.

To make matters worse, while this garbage is going on from Bliz, the vastly superior Grim Dawn and POE have been churning out consistent and large volumes of new content and continued support.... at ZERO cost to anyone.
