What the world needs [cod]

Was just about to head to sleep before I saw this message, but after seeing the amount of detail you put into the message, I feel like I owe you a reply. Before I get into it, thanks for such a detailed response. You could have just said 2/3 lines, but I appreciate that you never.

First of all, my first impressions are that we agree on quite a number of points that you made. To me it seems our only differences are the importance we give those details/points. To make it easier for myself I will respond to each point you made, giving my opinion. Please don't take anything I say as an attack, if it seems it throughout know it isn't intentional.

I agree with you on the maps, I think the design and the way they look really spoil the game as a whole. On the base game it did have a few good maps, some would argue iconic, but together with the rest they were really underwhelming. Especially compared to other CoD games where you'd be able to list great map after great map. The DLC I was especially disappointed with (multiplayer), they were just terrible. Off the top of my head I can't think of a single one which I liked.

Gunplay I didn't actually think was that bad, yeah some guns were more powerful the others, but as a whole I remember it being fairly balanced at the time. When playing it recently however, I wasn't able to get to grips with most of the weapons, though I'll chalk that down to me forgetting how to play it.

Sound design was okay, I've got no argument there. Gun sounds were fine, map/ambient fine.

Camos were great, correct me if I'm wrong but BO2 was the first game to include a 'completionist' camo [diamond]. Some of the challenges were difficult but as a whole they were great, and
