What is the worst job you have ever had?

You and the other staff must have been desperate to keep those jobs or retarded to not have reported any of that considering some of it is illegal or just plain weird.

But...

You are supposed to pay tax on tips

I'm pretty sure free meals are a privilege not a right from your employer, same goes for smoke breaks which I'm surprised you'd get at a food business to be honest.

(not saying you shouldn't smoke for a whole shift but having a designated break for a smoke on top of your other break(s) seems odd in that type of environment, I wouldn't want to be served food by someone smelling of cigarettes)

The testing seems a little excessive but to be fair, it's you job to know that stuff.

Overtime doesn't have to be paid in the UK as long as they pay you for hours worked and the hourly rate isn't below national min wage, you should read the contract.

But I mean yeah the rest of it is pretty weird especially that you let someone slap you and search your person...
