A mid sized market like Rochester doesn’t always have access to the top performers so they’ve expanded their definition of “Jazz” to include “R&B”, which is fine, and also to “Hip Hop” which I think is a stretch.

She was at least an hour late if not more. Her band was top notch. But she seemed to be phoning it in. And maybe it’s her thing but she struck a pose - the same pose - kind of like an Ancient Grecian archer - after every song. Presumably to let us - the audience - know that the song was over. Which was helpful because every song sounded exactly the same.
