What do Russians think of transgender or transvestite men and women?

For instance, in America there are mainly two factions of people politically. The Left (liberal); bleeding heart, soft, always worried about people's feelings. Want to give losers of a contest a "participation trophy", want guns abolished. Pro-abortion.

Then there is the Right (Conservative); support law enforcement (the rule of law), believe everyone should have the right to own and carry a gun in case their government tries to take over. Against abortion.

The left want to push gay agenda onto everyone so much, if a man decides he identifies as a woman, we should all call him a woman. Even though he was born with a dick and balls, and in most cases still has them. They take this so far, they even want these "trannys" to compete against women in women sports. They want these men pretending to be women to be able to go in the public woman's bathroom and dressing rooms, etc.

What do Russians think of this? Would Russian men allow a man who "thinks" he is a woman in the same public bathroom or dressing room as their daughter, wife, mother? Typically these men wear lady's cloths and lady's makeup.

How do Russian people feel about gay people in general? Do they just not give two shits about someone's sexual preference?
