What is the worst way you or someone you know, has been "Fired" from a job?

I got him fired, but I do not regret it what so ever. TL;DR I got the security guard arrested for drinking and driving.

I used to work for a coffee shop overnight. It was right across the street from a bar so there was security in the parking lot that would occasionally do checks in the building until they were off at 2.

One night, the original guard was acting weird. Normally he was super reserved, super quiet, a typical "I'm not here to make friends, I'm here to work" type guy, but tonight he was excited, he was chatty, he was friendly with customers and he got progressively more so during the night. He came in to the store and just started buying food and paying for customer orders and then I noticed that subtle whiskey smell that is all to familiar. It all made sense; he was drunk.

Like if you want to get drunk go for it, but don't drink at work. It's not a good look. What was scary about it was that the security guard sits in the car for his shift until he has to do his checks, when hes done his shift he brings in the work phone and leaves it behind the counter and drives home. What he was doing was doing a perimeter check, go to his car and take off his security jacket, run across the street for a round or 3, and come back and do another check. It became glaringly obvious that he was drunk after 1 AM and had every intention of driving home after his shift, so I called the police. 3 cop cars blocked him in and his failed the field sobriety test, so he was put in the back of the car and was arrested. I had to call his boss and tell him and he was replaced with another security guard who was insanely attractive and really easy to get along with but thats besides the point.
