Never happened. He listed rape among other things as being prevalent problems with illegally immigrants from Mexico. He specifically said "not sending their best", if he believed ALL or even most Hispanics are rapist he wouldn't think there was a "best" at all and he would be attacking legal American citizens who are hispanic which he has not done.
