What would happen if I only ate 800 calories permanently?

I'm doing this right now too. I'm not sure the exact times I started and what my weight was, but I know I was consistently around 190 all of last year, and this started in december and I am now at 170, but it's very hard to maintain and it's very dangerous and I hope you can find a better way to lose weight. The thing that's dangerous is that as soon as you eat normally you'll just immediately gain back the weight since you aren't doing proper exercising and dieting and if your weight concerns are as bad as mine, it could cause you to go further and further into this and I think it's very dangerous in that regard
