What would happen if you gave antidepressants to a person without depression?

I think the psychiatric view on neurotransmitters, is wayy the fuck off. Once you start thinking about each individual neurotransmitter being in charge with each individual emotion, and then putting chemicals in the body that stimulate or numb different synaptic pathways in the brain, that can really fuck up someones brain chemistry.

The ultimate remedy, is getting the the root cause of what the issue is, and allowing the brain to process it.

If the case is anxiety, anxiety more often than not stems from some form of trauma, or unhealthy thinking pattern.

If its depression, that can very much stem from sitting on ones ass all day, not going for walks, not getting fresh air, not being around good positive people.

All these patterns of behavior, encapsulate one in a loop, a mode of being, that becomes all the person knows. It takes a great shocker, a push out of ones comfort zone, and strong will power, in order to change the brains circuit's.

But once the person has adapted to a healthier mode of being, that mode has to be kept alive, it must be nurtured, maintained, or the person will fall backwards fast. But if the new mode of behavior continues to grow and thrive, eventually it will become the more dominant role of behavior, and the old circuit will gradually become ancient history as the person grows further and further into adult hood. But no matter how far one goes, there will always be fall backs here and there.
