What would do if you were a bank teller and the bank got held up?

I was a bank teller during a robbing, I wasn't the teller being robbed but we all just did what we were trained to do.

Our bank had the big thick glass barriers, the person made it known that they had a weapon and the teller immediately just said "Nope!" really loud and ducked under the counter, this caused all of us to look over at him, put together what was happening, we all ducked too and hit our little alarm buttons. The alarm is silent so no one knows it's going off. We're just supposed to sit there until we're told it's all clear. Like 20 seconds later our branch manager whose office was on the other side of the glass came in and told us that he pretty much just immediately ran out of the branch as soon as we all ducked.

The cops came and interviewed all of us, I never really got a good look at the person so I didn't have much to say but that was pretty much it. Not sure if they ever caught him.
