What would the male equivalent be of “I’m not like other girls”?

Yea, it’s the majority of men. It’s like a syndrome that makes them to believe that they are better than other men, better than their father, better than those jerks who get the girl, they are driven by guilt, shame and inner anger, they make often good friends with women and everything to make them happy, because making mother happy meant that mother would stay, mother complained often about their dad with them, and they became nice guys manipulative men who have hidden agendas that if they make everyone happy they will be accepted approved by others, especially women. They have toxic tendencies and are trying to work with because they have the inner believe i'm better than any of these masculine a-holes but we spot them and mostly don’t give them approval and they get disappointed and say that nobody likes them and that only bad ppl get everything in the world. It’s very sad to see tbh.
