What would you realistically do if you won the lottery and took home $250 million?

I'd move to Florida, buy a modest house in a nice community within an hour of Miami, buy a Dodge Challenger Hellcat and restomod a 1970 Dodge Charger myself to my heart's content. I'd use some of the money to finance building a great model train layout, and Id also spend some money on Mitchell and Ness sports jerseys and some sports memorabilia. I'd probably try and find a small job like working at Publix or something for the benefits.

I'm not a flashy person, really. The only reason I'd buy those two cars is because I've always wanted to restore a '70 Charger and the Challenger is one of the most impressive American production cars ever made, and it is reasonably priced given its ability. I wouldn't need a house bigger than 2-3 bedrooms, I'd like a small pool, and I might spend a bit on technology like a nice TV and home theatre system but it wouldn't break the bank.

All of this stuff would still leave almost all the money untouched. As I said, I'm not a flashy person, I'd upgrade to have nice things that I've wanted but stuff like Rolexs, Ferraris, expensive suits and shoes, and giant boats don't interest me. I might buy an old, small boat but not a ridiculous yacht. I'm a guy who wears jeans, t-shirts, a cheap pair of Jordan's or a pair of Timbs, and occasionally a baseball cap, and eats burgers, fried chicken, pasta, and Mexican food pretty regularly. I don't like the high life, and I don't think that would change with money.

I'd also start a foundation that rebuilds inner-city baseball fields, starting in New York, because I grew up playing on those shitty fields and always wanted even a half decent field to play on.
