Not sure if I have anything to offer. What stood out to me as something you could change is your approach to your finances. A job is great when it is helping you get somewhere or achieve some goal. If it is antagonizing your life, it's not worth it. In a comment you mentioned that you're working 2 jobs to cover for another career! That is long-term thinking. Right now, I would work as much as you have to and no more. 20K could you give some necessary breathing room. Live on public assistance! The happy version of yourself could churn out another 20K like no issue.
From your other comments, it seems that you've tried some medication (but could try more?) and are currently seeing a therapist. I think that that is the best way your money can serve you right now. If either of those routes start to have a positive effect, they could be a game changer.
